- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The older lady in the office is rude & nasty! I called about having some simple fingerprints done for a job. So gone tell me yes we do them but get them done where you live! If I could have I would have instead driving to Ozark. Plain out rude. Said part is God do not condone in ugly!By Catherine Jackson, April 04, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointed in Police Operator I spoke with today. Called them to ask why there was no police presence helping with the HEAVY traffic from the Hurricane Irma evacuation. Told operator that the lights needed adjusting on Hwy 231 as there was a huge traffic jam going north. I also mentioned that several other towns I had been through showed police out directing the overflow traffic and she said they didn't have the manpower to do this. Very argumentative and defensive. Sad. Imagine my surprise when I got up to Troy and there were 4 or 5 police cars on Hwy 231 and there were even people controlling the lights to help move traffic through more quickly.
